What to expect:Great quality food.  Everything was prepared properly.  If you had the waiter we had, prepare for an awkward experience.  He didn’t really know the specials and didn’t really listen when I ordered.  Manhattan on the rocks showed up neat.  Still delicious, but listening would help.  I could’ve asked for ice, but it wasn’t that big of a deal.  It’s ice.
What not to expect:My biggest complaint.  The chef doesn’t allow sides to be changed out on entrees.  Why have a section of sides if I can’t swap them out?  I don’t mind paying extra.  Just let me swap out my sides as I please.
What to order:
The steak.  We both got the steak and it was amazing.  Perfectly cooked as I wanted.  Usually steaks in this town are overcooked or undercooked. The pizzas looked delicious, but I was dead set on the steak.  Next time, I’ll definitely get the pizza.  Sadly, my girlfriend isn’t a fan of pork.  So the Hot Crispy Pigs Ears were off the table as an appetizer.  And she wouldn’t be a part of eating bone marrow.  Again, next time.  They’ve got desserts down to a science.  Banana’s Foster bread pudding and Olive & Sinclair Chocolate Chip Skillet cookie with vanilla gelato.  Wipe your drool.  Keep reading.
Why I eat here:
Despite the awkward waiter and inability to switch sides, the food was amazing. The menu left me with so many options that I have to return.  I will definitely be back soon to try all the things on the menu that I didn’t get to the first go round.

Possibly my favorite author of all time. Luckily I found this for $1.75 at McKay’s. Practically brand new.
